Safe Kids Oklahoma Membership Safe Kids Oklahoma - Membership Agreement:I agree with the mission of the Safe Kids Oklahoma and its multi-faceted approach to childhood injury: community action, educational interventions, public policy initiatives, and media efforts. I pledge to fight unintentional childhood injury by participating in the coalition. I understand that acceptance of this application by the coalition does not constitute permission to use the Safe Kids logo, name or materials without first receiving approval from the coalition office.
